- Prepare 1/4 Cup Cornflour/Starch
- Take 2 Good size garlic cloves crushed
- Take 1 tsp fresh Ginger grated
- Prepare 2 scallions diced
- Make ready 1 mini orange pepper chopped
- Take 1 little Spring onion to garnish
