  10. Get 1/4 onion powder

  4. Than cut up your can potatoes and carrots and add it to the skillets. And let it simmer for another 20mins.
  5. Than add your water and 2 tsp. of flour and than stir until mixture boils and thicken.
  6. Let it cook on low for 10mins and than you done!!!

Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot and select the meat/stew setting. Carefully lift the tomatoes on to a separate plate then stir through half of the dressing into the stew. Taste and add more salt, pepper and lemon juice, if. Place beef loin roast in Instant Pot insert with fat cap side down. Rub the dried herbs, garlic and onion, and sea salt on the meaty side of the roast.
