Instructions to make bistek:
  1. marinate beef with soy sauce , lemon juice, & sugar for about 1 hour or overnight.
  2. preheat pan and add 2tbsp oil. Add mince garlic then onion.
  3. Add marinated beef when onions turned soft & golden. Simmer til beef is cook then add the cornstarch dissolve in 3tbsp water to thicken sauce.
  4. Add pepper to taste and serve with rice :) . Enjoy!
