- I grilled on a George Foreman, turning every few minutes, but this could also be cooked in the oven or on a regular grill. (If using regular grill, make sure to soak wooden skewers in water for 30 min. first to avoid catching fire!)
Mix the marinade ingredients with some seasoning. Add the chunks of chicken, mix well, cover and chill. Place the kebabs into a large rectangular container with a lid and pour the marinade over until well covered. Cover the dish and refrigerate until the next day. Preheat the grill to high heat.
