Return the beef to the frying pan together with any juices on the plate, add the mushrooms and pour the stock mixture over the beef and mushrooms. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.

- Wait about 30-45 minutes. then add bouillon cubes.
- Set cooker on low, and it should be done within 2-3 hours
Return the beef to the frying pan together with any juices on the plate, add the mushrooms and pour the stock mixture over the beef and mushrooms. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. In an ovenproof Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat; brown beef in batches. Place the flour on a plate or in a plastic bag with plenty of salt and black pepper and toss the meat in it until well coated. Add a splash of oil to a large casserole pan and place it over a medium heat.
