- Prepare 6-7 Black pepper corn
- Get 1 inch piece cinnamon
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Prepare For layering
- Prepare 1/2 bunches Mint and coriander leaves
- Get 6 green chilies whole
- Get 6-7 Aaloo bukhara
- Get 1 cup Yogurt
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Zarda color
- Prepare 1/2 tsp kewra water
- Prepare 1 tbsp chat masala
- Make ready 1 tbsp biryani masala any brand
- Take 1 tsp garam masala powder
In a plastic bag, mix flour, salt and pepper. Add cubes of beef and shake until meat is well covered. Saute beef with oil in a large pan. Beef biryani is a popular Indian and Pakistani dish that is fairly easy to make.
Steps to make Beef Biryani:
- In a pan add half cup of ghee,add beef fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add g.g paste,tomatoes, bay leaf,green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper corn,star anise,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder and salt and half brown onion and let it cook for 1 to 2 hours or until beef gets cook completely.
- In a bowl beat yogurt with kewra water and zarda color
- In a plate put dried plum mint and coriander leaves,tomatoes chat masala,garam masala,and biryani masala and set aside.
- Now boil rice with salt and black cumin,strain and set a side
- Now layer the biryani,
- In base beef masala,then pour over yogurt mixture,mint and coriander leaves, chat masala,garam masala,biryani masala,green chilli,brown onion and cooked rice over masala,sprinkle food color,fried onion and remaining ghee.
- Cover tightly and put on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes,then slow the heat and put it on dum for 12 to 15.
- Serve with raita and salad.
