Instructions to make Beef Achar Ghost:
  1. First of all take a beef wash it then stain it.
  2. Now add take a small spice blender add saunf, achari rai, crush Coriander,zeera blend it like a powder then add all the spices mix well, achaar masala is ready.(don’t blend methi dana it will becomes sour)
  3. Now take a bowl add lemon 🍋 juice and 2 tbsp of achar masala mix it well then take green chilli and fill the achaar ghosh masala,keep aside.
  4. Now take a bowl add yoghurt whisk it with beater /fork then add remaining achar ghost masala mix it, then add beef boneless cubes mix it well and keep aside it for 15 minutes.
  5. Now take a pan add oil and ginger garlic paste stir it then add tomato paste sauté for 5 minutes than add beef boneless stir it for another 7 to 10 minutes than add 2 glass of water cover it and cook on low to medium heat for 1 hour.
  6. Now checkeck the achari beef if it is 90 per done then add green Chillies, few Coriander and 4,5 pieces of ginger julienne cover it for dam or achari beef is completely tender.
  7. Now add little bit water 1/4 cup to make runny texture but if u want roasted masala of beef achar ghost then evaporated whole water.
  8. Now check the achar beef ghost and green chilli is done than take out in plate /bowl seve with hot roti / naan, enjoy it.
