  5. Add garlic, onion and stir till onion translucent
  6. Add tomatoes and stir for a 1-2 minutes
  7. Add chopped coriander and stir.
  8. Add beef and break up and mix in all fried ingredients.
  9. When beef is half cooked add the spice mix
  10. Stir in spices and fry for 3-5 minutes
  11. Add potatoes and stir in well
  12. On a low heat add 1/3 cup of water and cover till potatoes are cooked
  13. When finished the water should have dried up and the beef will still look moist.
