- Pyaz tmater adrak lehsan pisa hoa or qeema namak haldi or lal mirch aik glass pani karahi main dall ke halki aanch py pakna rakh dain (put the onion ginger garlic paste tomatoes and one cup water or ground in it put it on slow flame)
- Jab galny lag jay pani kam reh jay tu es main oil or ghee dall dain or bhhht achy say bhoony (when it cooked and watered soaked then put oil and yogurt cook it well)
- Jab ghee alag ho jay tu es main aloo or baqi masaly dall ke halki aanch py pakaay jab aalo gal jain tu cholha band kar dain or dhanya or sabaz mirch dall dain. (When oil is separate then add potatoes and other spices in it off the stove and garnish it with green chili or fresh parsley.)
