- In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion, cumin, green chilli and fry until light brown. Then add qeema
- Now add, ginger & garlic paste, Keema, tomato, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli crushed, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Afterward, add capsicum and cook for 8-10 minutes. Now add water and steam for 15-20 minutes on low flame and add potatoes during the steam
- Now add butter and cook for 5-7 minutes. Your tasty Aloo shimla mirch qeema is ready to serve.
In pot,add oil,onion and fry until translucent,take out little amount of the fried onion and set aside. Fry remaining onion until golden brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix. Add red chili powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt,tomatoes,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft. Stir in the boiled potatoes, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and tomatoes. In pot,add oil,whole spices,onion and ginger garlic paste,fry until light brown.
