  7. Then add 2 to 3 glass of water on medium to low flame
  8. Covere and cook until mince is tender
  9. Remove the lid and stir continuesly until oil spreads around the edges
  10. Add chopped green Chilli mix
  11. Add potatoes (optional)
  12. Add all spice powder
  13. Then add water if you use potatoes to cook otherwise no need for water
  14. Covered until potatoes are cooked
  15. Potatoes are soft and oil is spread around the edges
  16. Add coriandar leaves
  17. Ready to eat serve with nan
