- Add slice tomatoes mix it
- Then add 2 to 3 glass of water on medium to low flame
- Covere and cook until mince is tender
- Remove the lid and stir continuesly until oil spreads around the edges
- Add chopped green Chilli mix
- Add potatoes (optional)
- Add all spice powder
- Then add water if you use potatoes to cook otherwise no need for water
- Covered until potatoes are cooked
- Potatoes are soft and oil is spread around the edges
- Add coriandar leaves
- Ready to eat serve with nan
