- Marinate beef mince with above mentioned ingredients except green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Leave it for about half an hour.
- Now heat oil add chopped onion,and fry for a min.
- Add your mince and cook until it's done, your qeema should be dry.
- For dough # In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, oil,then add water gradually and make a fine dough and knead well.
- Rest it for about half an hour.
- Now make small peda and flattened them,spread mince, and some beaten eggs with green chilies and coriander.
- Now cover with second roti and secure the edges with the help of your hands.
- Now fry them in oil until light golden colour.
