  1. Take Onions 2 sliced
  2. Get 1 kg Beef mince
  3. Get Tomatoes 2 chopped

  7. Take 1 tsp Whole garam masala
  8. Get Oil
  9. Take 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

In fact some times it smells pretty darn icky. It has taken considerable trial and error and even the occasional chucking of the final product to get me to a place where I am happy with the end result.

Steps to make Aloo qeema:
  1. Heat a oil add onions and fry until golden brown.
  2. Now add mince and stir for 10mins.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,salt, tumeric powder,red chillies, whole garam masala and tomatoes stir well for 8 mins.
  4. Then add water and When mince done 60% add aloo.
  5. Then cover pan with lid and Cook until done and water dries.
  6. Serve hot 👍👍

In fact some times it smells pretty darn icky. Keema aloo is a happy coming together of mutton or lamb mince, cubed potatoes and of course onions and tomatoes. Made in the instant pot or stovetop, it is a one-pot dish that's easy to make. Heavenly when eaten with roti or rice!
