- Get 200 g thinly cut beef
- Prepare 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Heat same pan over medium-high heat until hot. Place the beef in a medium sized bowl and marinate in half of the sauce recipe. Bring water to boil for the stir-fry noodles. While the meat is marinating, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and then add in prepared veggies.
Instructions to make Beef and veggies stir fry:
- Prep the ingredients by washing all the vegetables and beef thoroughly. Cut the beef, onion and veggies into thin strips and set aside.
- Transfer the beef into a clean bowl and season with Curry, thyme, black pepper, onion and garlic powder, olive /vegetable oil, seasoning cube and salt. Massage thoroughly into the beef, cover with a cling film and place in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
- On medium heat, place a clean pot or pan. Add vegetable/olive oil and heat for a minute. Saute half of the sliced onions for about 2 minutes, add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for another minute. Add the marinated beef and keep stirring while it cooks. Add the grated pepper and stir until the beef becomes tender and crispy.
- Add the veggies; carrot, peppers and onions. Add the soy and oyster sauce. Steam for about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and take off the heat. Can be enjoyed with rice, pasta or potatoes.
Bring water to boil for the stir-fry noodles. While the meat is marinating, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and then add in prepared veggies. Add the steak and broccoli and stir-fry for two more minutes. Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok.
