  12. Take cube Salt and stock
  13. Take Curry, thyme, and other spices

You can use any combination of your favorite vegetables. The sauce can be made ahead of time, so you can easily just stir-fry the veggies and add in the sauce. Add chicken, beef, or (my favorite) fried tofu. Stir-fry the vegetables with the sauteed garlic for a minute, then add a little water to cook the stems until they turn soft.

Instructions to make Stir fry vegetable:
  1. Wash shredded beef, add into a pot. Add a little salt, 2 stock cube, curry and thyme and a cup of water. Bring to boil or till meat is soft. Remove meat and save broth for later use.
  2. Pick out cauliflower and wash. Add into another pot, add in peas with pinch of salt. Add a cup of water and boil for 5 mins. Seive and keep aside.
  3. Put a clean pot on meduim heat, add in veg. oil, add in onions and ginger_garlic paste, stir fry for 2mins. Add in shredded beef and fry 1-2mins.
  4. Add in crushed tomatoes and pepper, with the remaining beef broth. Cook for 3mins.
  5. Add in thr remaining ingredients and cook for 5mins. (Do not over cook). Turn off heat and serve with rice, chips, or anything of your choice. You can also add broccoli and Irish potatoes if desired.
