- Put a medium skillet on medium heat, add vegetable oil and two tbsp of cornstarch. Add your sliced vegetables and sliced Irish potatoes (optional) to the mix. Season with garlic and ginger powders and Maggi star, ghana/cameroon/black pepper and add salt to taste
- Add already cooked beef into the mix and keep stirring, make sure it's on medium heat.
