  8. Prepare 1 can 12 oz. V8 juice
  9. Take 1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
  10. Take 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon (yes I know this sounds strange, but it's delicious!) start with less if you're unsure
  11. Get 2 tbsp Ground cumin
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp Ancho chili powder
  13. Get 2 tsp Smoked garlic powder

It is simple to make and only uses one pot. Cook ground beef and onion in dutch oven until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Add the olive oil to a large soup pot and place on medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until brown.

  1. Brown meats and onion in a large skillet, drain fat.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 30-60 minutes. Or you may cook all in a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
