Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add the salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper on top of the chicken.   2. Pour the ground beef, dark kidney beans, rotel, chili seasoning packet, and water into a crock pot. Stir well.
  3. Cool the chili on low for 5 hours. (The first night, I use the chili to make chili slaw dogs because it hasn't cooked long enough to eat by itself.) Put the crock pot in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next day, cook the chili on low in the crock pot again for another 5 hours.
  5. Serve with shredded cheese and Fritos.

Add in the onion, garlic, great Northern beans, green chiles, jalapeno peppers, corn, chicken broth and cilantro and stir to combine. Just dump everything into your slow cooker in the morning and enjoy for dinner! You can spice it up if you like or leave it as is.
