  9. Take 2 large white onions (finely chopped)
  10. Make ready 5 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  11. Get 1 red pepper (roasted, peeled, and chopped)
  12. Get 1 yellow pepper (roasted, peeled, and chopped)
  13. Take 3 tbsp of chili powder
  14. Take 1 tbsp of chipolte chili powder
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp fo ground cumin
  16. Take 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  17. Make ready 2 tsp of dried oregano
  18. Take 1 salt and pepper to taste

Add in the ground beef and cook and crumble until brown. Add in the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans, chili powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt and cayenne.
